I hurt my knee so hubby hired a cleaning lady for me to help clean my house every week. Last week she was in a hurry to go pick up her daughter and didn't clean off the counters and left a big pile of dirt in the middle of the floor where she swept and left streaks across my wood floor where she mopped. The week before that she was late because he car broke down. This week, she said she can't come on the regular day but will come the day after. How many chances should I give her before hiring someone else?

Time for that "cleaning" lady to hit the road. She works for you and as her boss, you should put your foot down (on her behind to help shove her out the door).

Tell her to hit the unemployment line. No more chances.

She seems like she doesn't really give a rip.
