Have you tried Neopets? It's really fun and for all ages. I love it! Even though most of my friends stopped playing, I think it's great because they add stuff practically every day! I don't mean just an item or a shop, I mean they add tons of stuff! They celebrate their own holidays, have their own personal newpaper, a full fledged battledome, pets, neopia world, games, Neopoints for currency, contests, NP gambling if you're over 13, and more! Neomail, trophies, wars, plots, and the list goes on and on! Personally, I tried Millsberry and it's super boring compared to neopets. You get a neohome, the pets are shorus and raikus and techos and cool! Plus, it's absolutelly FREE!!! no downloads, payments, or purcheses, it's FREE!!! You only have to pay online if you buy a t-shirt or a plush toy. But all the virtual stuff, IT'S FREE!!! The website is www.neopets.com. P.S. There are lots of good gaming sites out there, but I'll just name the ones like Millsberry. By "same as millsberry" do you mean create characters and explore a virtual world? Then I suggest:
*stardoll- make celebrity dolls. You dress them up.

*habbohotel- you create a character and travel a hotel. Chats are available
*neopets- made by the same people who made millsberry. Instead of people, you have animals. And there are of course other differences
