you should introduce foods gradually to check for allergies. i started mt kids on mashed up fruit such as apples bananas and pears. next you could try meat with mashed potato and carrots. give a mouthful of whatever you eat and let her experiment with different textures and tastes

You are safe to start giving you baby anything in the Stage 1 food jars at the store. You arent too far from going to stage 2 either, at that age. You should also look at the baby Rice and Oatmeal that they have as well, its very good for the babies.

Anything you eat is fine except for honey and corn syrup because of infant botulism.

You can give her strained baby food like peas, carrots, strained fruit, like applesauce, you can probably give her a little bit of mashed potatoes. But as always this is something you and your baby's Doctor should decide. Every child is different. You don't want to give them something they can choke on. Do not give them cheerios, or marshmallows or honey. These things are no-no's.

try to give her a little bit of house food like any thing that is soft for her teeth gums, like that she could start eatting house food and start to a less of the baby food

I would feed the baby anything you eat, just smaller bites. And there is a caution: No nuts or honey in fear of allergies.
