(1) If you have not already scanned your comp with spybot do that now .Update it and then run it so it gets rid of all the spyware and trojans in safe mode
(2) Do an online virus scan to check if you still have any other viruses in your computer. And let us know if the online virus scan still finds any virus or spyware .
(3) Get you self a good antivirus or a free one if your present anti virus is not protecting you .

Go to the store an buy yourself an antivirus program and do it quick because it could get worse maybe to the point where it won't even allow you to boot your windows program. Do not download any free software from any free download site because then you're just asking for your computer to die, the majority of freeware I have used has cost me dearly in the end. It screwed up two of my computers and now that I do not use any type of freeware I do not have any problems with the computer I have now, the other two had to get trashed.

i would boot in safe mode by pressing F8 while your computer is booting and selecting SAFE MODE, then once the computer is booted, run a virus scan (AVG is free, google it) and scan it for spyware (Spybot is free, google it) or Ad-aware personal edition (also free).

that should get rid of it. If not, let me know, and we'll see what we can do.
