First of all, what a rude way to ask a question! The only thing I will tell you is that while one person was nice enough to help, they gave you bad information. A female has chromosomes XX and a male has XY. For #16, males exhibit these traits because they only have one X chromosome. Females have 2, so if one X has the recessive allele, the other X (if it does not have that allele) will shadow it.

Now, start reading and finish the other questions...they are straight from your textbook.

sickle cell disease is an example of incomplete dominance. people with homozygous dominant genotype HbA HbB form normal hemoglobin; those with the homozygous recessive genotype HbS HbS have sickle-cell disease and severe anemia. people with 2 sickle cell genes have severe anemia, and those with only 1 defective gene have minor problems.
