Duo Core = Yeah

Vista = Boo, get XP

On board Video = Boo

1GB Ram = Boo, add another stick

80GB HD = Boo, too small

Decent, but won't be able to play games or perform other graphics-intensive tasks well since you've got the Graphics Media Accelerator (Shared Video Memory). Processor is on the lower end of dual-core chips, and it's a Core Duo instead of a Core 2 Duo, but it should do just fine if you don't need to run 64-bit apps. 1024MB of RAM is good; kick it up to 2048MB if you notice your computer is running slow.

specs seem alright but it depends on what you paid.

i would say around £500-£550

Great computer, except Vista. Vista is having a lot of compatibility issues right now, you may want to see about if they still release xp laptops.

looks great... :)

the only thing you might have problems with is the integrated video, so if you plan on gaming, the video card might not be the best...
