Probably not. Doesn't sound to me like any of these contain and Operating System ie XP, Windows 2000 or Vista.

The SATA/RAID floppy is only needed to if you are going to be using sata hard drives and they aren't automatically recognised by the board.

The other disc sound more like a motherboard driver pack but could be anything really for any of the hardware that you have.

first you need to extract the F6 driver to a floppy, set your RAID, when you load Windows it will ask you to hit F6 to install Raid drivers, hit it later it will ask you to specify drivers hit S and put your floppy in, make sure to remove it before the reboot.

Some older VIA chipsets native SATA doesn't work well with XP SP1 and older so even if your not going to use RAID you might still need to F6 the drivers

It doesn't sound like you have an OS disk. You do have enough to reformat, but not enough to put an OS back on (unless you have a separate OS disk you didn't mention).
