well, sorry I'm gonna go with the neighbor this time, she was being sarcastic~~~ what she meant was if you are home why are you being so rude and inconsiderate and allowing your friggin dog to be out here barking uncontrollably driving everyone in the neighborhood crazy. Sorry, dude, I work at home and the neighbor's dogs barking incessantly make it very difficult to concentrate. Why do you think people would enjoy listening to YOUR dog yap?
