In Texas after you get your DWI and need to reinstate license what do you do?

Anyone with experience please inform me. I've been paying these fines and have dealt with the motions for two years. Honestly I'm pretty lost and calling the offices are not as helpful as I'd like them to be. What is the procedure involved in getting my license back after I have successfully finished my two year suspension.
