Can anyone tell me how to clean my cell phone, or what we should do about world poverty...either one?

I am clueless on both issues. I can barely turn my cell phone on. As far as world poverty maybe we need the "haves" to give more to the "have nots". How I do not know. The "I want it alls" and the "gimme what you've gots" would find a way to get the "haves' donations meant for the "have nots" and they, in turn would still be "not less".
