There are lots of good gaming sites out there, but I'll just name the ones like Millsberry. By "same as millsberry" do you mean create characters and explore a virtual world? Then I suggest:
*stardoll- make celebrity dolls. You dress them up.
*runescape- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/runescape...
*habbohotel- you create a character and travel a hotel. Chats are available
*neopets- made by the same people who made millsberry. Instead of people, you have animals. And there are of course other differences
