ok where is the shrine of nocturnal and and i know you have to catch crimanals. where are the crimanals?

I think the shrine is out in the in the areas between cities but other than that i have no idea of where...

I assume that the criminals you're talking about are the robbers in the store in Anvil (i think, i haven't played for a long time)... the robbers should appear inside the store after the time he tells you to be in the store (midnight or whatever)... go in the store shortly after that.
