I lsiten to all types of music except heavy metal and country, other than that I'm good with all types of music. May you suggest any of your favorites to add on my iPod, I want to listen to something I've never heard of. Thanks!

Love,
ME!

I like to put together mixes for my moods. For happy moods, I listen to Belle and Sebastian, especially the songs "Asleep on a Sunbeam" and "If She Wants Me" but "The Life Pursuit" is a generally good cd.

When I'm in a bad mood, I listen to Be Your Own Pet, Rilo Kiley, (who aren't overtly angry but have totally hateful lyrics) and other angry chick groups like Sleater-Kinney (it's such a pity they broke up!).

When I'm feeling goofy I listen to lots of old Beatles like "Do You Want to Know a Secret?" and anything before Rubber Soul or Revolver. I also listen to this awsome British band called the Pipettes, whose best song as far as I'm concerned is "Your Kisses Are Wasted On Me," but their whole album is great.

When I'm sad I listen to Iron and Wine or Sigur Ros. Sigur Ros is nice because they don't have real words. Their Untitled album is beautiful.

For most other moods I love The Mountain Goats. It's usually just one guy and his guitar yelling stories at a microphone, so he can be a little intense, but songs like "Color In Your Cheeks" and "Letter From Belgium" are really cute and nice.

I hope you like some of that.
