STEP 1: Scrape away as much wax as you can with a dull knife. STEP 2: Place a sheet of butcher paper, glossy side up, or a portion of a brown paper bag on top of the wax.
STEP 3: Press the tip of a warm iron gently over the affected area until the wax melts and attaches to the paper.
STEP 4: Lift the paper from the fabric as it cools.
STEP 5: Dab a small amount of denatured alcohol onto the stain if any candle dye remains on the fabric.
STEP 6: Sponge with water.
STEP 7: Wash the fabric as usual.

from clothing , carpet´s almost anything , you can remove the wax like this . With a brown paper bag or paper used for wrapping up parcel´s to send by post , use a blunt knife to scrape of any wax then lay the paper on top of the wax stain . Then with a warm to hot iron , iron on top of the paper this will lift the wax from the stain straight onto the brown paper , just carry on this way till the stain has been liftened

Never tried this myself, but I've seen it on tv.
Take an iron and a scrap piece of paper towel or fabric that you don't mind ruining and place the side that has wax on it on the fabric or paper towel. Run the iron over the side that it has soaked through to.
Supposedly, the wax should be liquified and the paper towel or fabric will absorb it and pull most (if not all) of it off the clothing.
Hope this helps.

Place a clean thin piece of material over the clothing with the wax on - heat the iron up to very hot, and IRON over it. The wax will melt and stick to the top layer of material - such as a teatowel or even kitchen roll.

Take it to a dry cleaner.
The hot iron will work to a certain degree, but you might mess up your iron and board thus getting it all over your otheer clothes. But the dry cleaner can get it all out. This is what we do with our batiks in art.
