I know UC Riverside does, I'm sure most universities offer it

Lexisnexis is simply a scholarly database and any library worth its salt has it. Even small university libraries have it. If you are concerned whether or not schools you are considering attending have it sign in to the library home page and look at the available research databases to see if it's there.

SUNY Stony Brook does. I would imagine that most schools do.
