Jenna did it because she believed that Carmen was on to her for stealing the art portfolio out of Victoria's car that had information on the Grugeon collection. She also planned on setting up Adrian for the deed.

I suspected her all along. After Carmen was killed I suspected her because she was the least likely one. And she was just too weird.
