First, throw some kitty litter over the stain. It will absorb the grease from the concrete and draw it up to the surface. Dispose of the kitty litter and rinse the surface well. Then get some Muriatic acid at the home improvement store and follow the instructions on the container. You will have to deactivate it with something like vinegar, but I guarantee your stains will disappear.

Your concrete will absorb grease, which causes the stain you have. That's probably why a degreaser is not working. It won't penetrate deap enough. You could try sandblasting it or shotblasting it. It may work depending on how deap the stain is. Otherwise if that doesn't work and you really want to spend the money on it, you could get a cement overlay. They look very nice and should last the life of your concrete, and it's much cheaper than putting in a new driveway.

This will work for getting the grease out: Take a spray can of Berryman's B-12 (carburetor cleaner). Spray small areas at a time (because it evaporates so rapidly), then blot with Viva paper towels (some of the other towels are not absorbant enough). Keep applying and blotting, and it will get the grease out - even the grease that soaks in.

try some of your own dishwashing liquid with boiling hot water and a good scrub it should come of.
