That depends on how your drive is set up. If the drive is displayed as a "Removable drive", then the data is usually shredded immediately and cannot be recovered by normal means. Otherwise, it will be sent to the Recycle Bin.

If you delete it as opposed to "move to recycle bin" then it's gone, gone, gone.
