Peel and stick foam caulk for windows and door frames. Insulation for pipes. If you are closing it up and leaving for the winter, drain the pipes and reconnect the hose.

How cold will it get? Drain all water lines and if need be use low pressure air to blow them out. Little anti-freeze in any holding tank will help (Not water supply storage).

plastic for the windows,heat tape for the pipes, foam backed underpinning for around the bottom of the house.
