My friend works at a huge office and she was getting off the elevator when a lady she doesn't even know says, "Have you gained weight?" I mean, what has gotten into people. Unless you are obviously (like your wearing a shirt that says "Baby on Board") nobody should ever comment on a girl being or looking pregnant.
