We deal with enterprise for our rentals, but always check prices online with all the rental places anyway. Enterprise always comes out lower in every case, plus, they are close to our house, and they know us by name since we rent cars about 4x per year.

It really depends on the city/location you need to rent from. Usually weekends are cheaper ( meaning pick up Thursday after 12 noon and return Monday by 12 noon) . Many car companies offer different rates depending on the dates and availability- I probably would try Dollar Rent a Car 1st.
