Sean Connery, what a legend, the original, the charming swarve, clean looking but dangerous spy... he was just the best james bond that was and will ever be.
However Roger Moore would come a very very close second, when he was in the 'spy who loved me' one of my favs.

The best James Bond by far has to be Sean Connery. Even now he is very good looking. I swear just like a fine bottle of wine that man gets better looking with each passing year.

Gonna go all out and say Daniel Craig - Bond had become some sort of watered down farce, he's meant to be a stone cold assassin - not some stand up comedian with an eye for the ladies and a pop gun, Craig just looked like he could rip off your head and crap down your neck, everyone else looked like some european gigolo on the hunt for a wealthy widow.
Lazenby was good too - pity he was in a 'dodgy' bond movie.

Pierce brosnin was a good bond but Sean Connery definately is the best

Bob Holness (Blockbusters presenter, it was a game show in the 80's) was the original James Bond. He appeared on the radio broadcast which was the first broadcast of any James Bond.
So for me it has to be him.

I love Roger Moore, but it's a tie with him and Pierce Brosnan. People say Sean Connery cause they think they have to be like everybody else. Though he wasn't bad really.
It's easier to say who wasn't good as Bond, then my answer is Timothy Dalton.

Got to be Sean Connery but i have to say i was impressed with Daniel Craigs new rough and ready Bond. I think he'll be around for a while.

that's a tough one...I've always been sweet on Roger Moore, but Pierce Brosnan is a real hottie and Sean Connery was dashing.
