Why isn't there a big immigration to Venezuella or Cuba?

They are, after all, peoples worke paradises, right? Also, why do I see so many illegal mexicans wearing che t-shirts, but they come to the USA instead of Cuba?

because Cuba is a Communist dictatorship and they wont find jobs there.
