I have a friend in viet nam he say that he want to buy some electronic stuff from US. he order online but it can't ship to viet nam so he want me to get it and ship it to him. He will pay me fine after he receipt it or he will buy something that equal value the product that he buy to me. he say that he will buy it from newegg.com which is very good site that i usually buy.
Is it safe if i decide to do it?
what if he used fake or stolen credit ?

If the company can't ship to Viet Nam, are you sure you can? I would check that out first.

Then I would find out the cost and get the money in advance just like you would for any other internet or E-bay sale.....when it clears your bank...then send him the equipment. If he knows where he wants it from, then you can determine the cost first.....

We do have equipment so much cheaper than a lot of places....but he also has to consider whether it will operate there.....may need to check that out....

But don't send the item, until you are paid. Their culture is not known for their honesty...friend or not.and be sure you include the
cost of shipping there...it may be very expensive.....and he should pay it up front.

It depends on how deep your friendship is! If you and him trust each other, you can do it. If you don't trust him, tell him to find those stuff in VN. The price may be higher there but if you shipped them to VN, VN will tax those elec. stuff at heavy rate!

dont do this at any cost because you will be braking the law. it will be you that gets sent to prison it will be your record and reputation and future ruined.that's if you get caught and the odds are stacked against you .the chances of you getting caught are high.

dont do it
either 1
he wants to cheat you
2: its illegal to get that kinda thing there,
so if you send it there, you are shipping illegal goods,
and even if you don't get busted,
it could get comfiscated at customs,
so, you paid for it,
he never gets it,
and you are stuck for the money.

Or what if he doesn't pay you???

I wouldn't do it, doesn't sound like you know this friend too well if you think he might be dishonest.
