Recently my ipod has been acting up and the apple website suggested that I restore my ipod. Restoring my ipod erases my music library and the problem is that I never saved it because i don't have my own computer (i use my roomates). Is there any way to transfer songs from my ipod to my roomates library? I know itunes does not let you do that, but i heard you can download some programs on the internet to bypass this. Yes I know it's illegal, and the moral implications of the matter probably wouldn't allow me to sleep at night, but i'm really desperate here!

Tune Tools for iPod.-$20 and you can backup your iPod, get only certain songs off to burn onto a CD, transfer music from one iPod to another, and recover a busted iPod. The only place I've seen it(in stores) was Target.
