Anything is possible I guess. But a blood test will always do the trick. however, some womens' HGC levels (the hormone an at hone pregnancy test detects to tell you if you're pregnant) are lower and slower to increase than others. I'm not sure how far along you think you might be or what other symptom's you are having. But if you are trying to get pregnant, wishful thinking can play tricks on your mind and body and positive test will never be.

But there's a link below that might help:

Yes it it quite possible infact I have been pregnant 5 times and everytime i took a test it always came out negative the only way i new was because the doctor would do a blood test, even their urine pregnancy tests would show me as negative when i was indeed pregnant, unfortunately all 5 were losses between 3-5 of being pregnant, i'm not saying if you are pregnant you will miscarry im simply telling you my story...anyways if you think your pregant but keep getting a negative, go to your doctor and ask for a blood test, you may also be too soon..

The reasons why you would get a negative test when your pregnant would be because you tested to soon or your HCG levels are too low..
I would think now only because of my losses so late in pregnancy that if your HCG levels arnt where they should be or are too low then something could be wrong with the pregnancy or maybe your body is just a little slow i rreally dont know...

best thing to do is go to your doctor and ask for a blood test..good luck and lots of baby dust to you!

Yes for a urine test, but the further along you are the less likely this would happen. Please note that a urine test is 99% accurate for a positive, but only 50% accurate for a negative. It is possible to get false negatives in the first few months. If you just want to do the urine test, wait a week and use the first urine of the day since it is the strongest.

Plus labs are not perfect, so you could get a false negative from a blood test, but that is very unlikely. Good Luck.

Yes it is, if your body doesn't produce high levels of HCG it won't show on your test and yet still you can be pregnant. My friend was 3 months pregnant with twins and her 3 tests were all negative.Only blood test is for sure.

As far as I know, no. Eventually, the hcg levels will get high enough so that they will show on either a home urine test or a blood test.

Highly unlikely because pregnancy tests look for one hormone. If NONE of them find it then you shouldn't be pregnant. But there can also be the fact that your hormone is very light and the test can't pick it up!

It is but that would mean that something is not right. Your hormone level should go up every week. Call the Dr. and they can do a blood test and tell you for sure!
