Ok, last night I had a dream that i was trying on a top in a store, then all the sudden I had a orgasm. I have these often and don't know why. They are not even sexual dreams when I get them, but I can feel it. Could this have anything to do with the fact that I am pregnant? I only started noticing it since then. Weird , huh?

That happened to me before, but I was actually having a sexual dream...nice way to wake up, huh?

This has happened to me before. Although the dreams were usually sexual.
This usually happens when I'm under a lot of stress.. and need relief I guess.

The strange (but true) thing is i am a man and i some times have orgasm in my sleep also. Except when i awake from my dream i have a sticky residue on the sheets, much to my wife's annoyance.
