When I right-click a picture and email to people, their sender line does not give my name. Even when I email to myself, it always says from/sender "me"!! Getting frustrated, two days of looking into everything and still can't fix it. When I look through outlook express, it does have "logout me" but haven't figured how to change it. The other thing was trying to re-install msn but the spyware says it's not a good idea because msn is trying to change my settings(should I let it?)??

Thanks for reading and hopefully will get some help.

People that I emailed mention it to me and I checked out what they were telling me. When I send them emails the sender just says "me" not my name or email. Any help? OR does anyone have a # to yahoo or outlook for help?

First, Log into your account on the yahoo site. Go to Options > General Preferences.

Is the From Name 'Me' ???

If not, go back to Outlook > Tools > Email Accounts > choose the account and click Change. What does the 'Your Name' display as here?

I'm guessing this is because Outlook Express recognizes your email address as the sender, and then simply displays "me" because it thinks it's being helpful. If you email someone else (for instance, if you send an email to your Yahoo! mail account and then check it using the webmail interface), I'm betting it will display your real email address as the sender.
