DANE COOK! He is sooo hilarious, I'd LOVE to meet him! He is one of the funniest guys alive!
I think Carlos Mencia can sometimes be okay, but he's really obnoxious with that whole dee dee dee thing! Why does he insisted on picking on the most innocent people who can't control their problems? My sister is severely mentally retarded so I think that he is wayyyyy too offensive!
I think Robin Williams will forever be funny though, how can anyone not love that guy?

Out the people you listed, I'd pick Dane Cook. I've never even heard of the others lol. I don't really watch any comedy acts or whatever, but I like Jimmy Kimmel. He's funny.

George Carlin. He is an extremely intelligent man, unlike some other comedians who rely on nothing but toilet humor and sex jokes. Yes, Mr. Carlin does his share of that, but more importantly he isn't afraid to speak out about what is wrong with society, humanity, government, world issues, etc. . . and make it funny and educational at the same time.

Me, of course!
Just kidding, all are great, but Dane Cook is, I think, the best on the list you provided.
