Eh, everyone gets grumpy sometimes, that's not too annoying unless you are really just ALWAYS grumpy. :D
Talking quickly isn't too bad but be conscious about it on the phone! Sometimes it's hard to understand people who talk to fast on the phone!

Its according to who you're around. My friends talk VERY fast most of the time and a few of them have emotional issues they need to work out but I don't think they're annoying (most of the time...)
