The doctor told me throughout my whole prenancy that I was having a girl. I picked out a name and everything. Then when I had my baby it was a boy! I sat up all night thinking of a name. I always wanted to name my son Christopher when I was little so that's what I named him. Ironically his doctor was named Christopher and he was born around Christmas time. It's the perfect name for him.

Richard Alexander - I let my dad pick the first name since he had no sons and this was his first grandson. He told us the names he liked and my husband and I liked Ricky best. Richard is a family name.
Zachary James - Husband picked this one. James is a family name on both sides - my dad's middle name and the name of two of hubby's uncles. I liked Zachary Taylor until husband said it reminded him too much of Saved by the Bell.

We have a tradition to name children after relatives important to you that have passed. We have 2 boys and a girl - our first son is Robert Joseph named after both of his grandfathers. For our second son Charles is after my husband's uncle and Ezekiel which we found on our geology from the 1700s or 1800s.
Good Luck.

This is kinda crazy, but we named our 1st son after both of our fathers, James Dean Richard Allen, and our last name is Stewart, so he's got 5 names! He's also got a few famous names in there, Jimmy Stewart, and James Dean. We love it, but we were teased alot when he was a baby. Our 2nd son is named Johnathan Patrick, believe it or not, after Star Trek! (Patrick Stewart, and Johnathan Frakes). I have to include my daughters name too. Jessica Elizabeth Stewart, her initials spell JES, which is her nickname. Fun names huh?

Son # 1=Ryan Daniel- I picked it because I like the name and it went well with his last name.
Son # 2=Jacob Dillon- Hubby picked it- he liked it and planned to call him JD. We actually call him jakey and jake the snake ('cause it's funny)
The girls are Kim and Kristin- I names them- afraid to let hubby name them.
