I accidently stained his baseball sheets pink. I washed them with a red rug. He's 7, do you think this will affect him psychologically?

Buy him new ones and don't have any sleep overs for him until you do.

If he won't forgive you put money into an escrow account so he can have therapy when he gets older. If that is the worst thing you will or have ever done to the boy then he is pretty lucky.

Lord help you when he becomes a preteen. I don't know if you are going to be able to handle those dramas.

If you go to Kmart, they usually have 75% off the clearance prices in the domestics dept. This means you can get your son some new sheets for around $6 .

No I would use cold water a a little bleach full the washer up and wash them. Sometime you can get it out without fading the clothes. Don't say anything and he may not notice since he is so young...

No of course not, just apologize for your mistake. Kids are very resilient. Besides, this is the perfect opportunity for you to let him know parents make mistakes too.

I think he will be ok -- And maybe you could make them a little less pink and bleach them -- That might help --

If he's really upset -- buy him new ones

he may not let you wash his clothes are anything anymore. It could be a good thing if he starts doing his own laundry. Its ok Mom, if he is mad, he'll get over it. No worries.

just apologize, such is life. teach him to deal with life NOT that it is a perfect world. If you instill perfectionism it may lead to chronic depression and a miserable life.
