I wanted to ask other pregnant women if when you were first pregnant {like just found out}, have you ever had sex and got really sick while doing it? Like feeling like you were about to throw up and nauseated and can hardly finish because of this? And did it ever give you back pain.

In the beginning of my pregnancy, sex did make me sick. I felt like I had to throw up and it was very difficult to finish. I never had any back pain though.

With my baby girl I had terrible morning sickness (for 7 months) and yes, the motion of sex made me nauseous. We did find that if we did other things that did not have me moving so much I did not get sick. With my other two I did not have much morning sickness and sex did not make me sick.

I did get back pains in the last trimester for all of them, but I had back pain if I stayed in one spot too long doing anything.

I think if you get past 3 months and morning sickness goes, you may find the same during sex.

Congrats and good luck.

Oh yes, esp in first trimester. My body couldn't handle the rocking motion, it just made me sick! thankfully in the second trimester I enjoyed it a lot more. Sometimes though the ligaments and things in my back just couldn't take any more stress than they already had from walking around all day carrying 15 extra pounds of baby weight.
