My work colleague is looking for somewhere she'll be made to feel welcome, a clean, comfy, homely B&B. Positive reviews of places welcome - I've got until the end of the week to get her somewhere!

All the guesthouses I have stayed in in the UK have been exactly what you are looking for. I have used Smooth Hound Systems http://www.smoothhound.co.uk/ to find guesthouses and B&B's.

The B&B on the Ravenhill Road is very nice. I used to live a few streets down from it and walked by it almost every day. It is fairly small but I hear the service and owners are great people. I think one of the other answers has a link to check it out. That part of the Ravenhill is very nice and it is close to a shopping centre and the Ormeau Road has some nice shops.

I'm not sure exactly sure where BT7 is - possibly the Ormeau Road area. Both links below are for guesthouses on the Ravenhill Road which is next to the Ormeau Road. You could phone them and ask how close they are to the area your friend needs to visit. Both are very clean and highly recommended (I know people who have stayed in both)
