In vitro fertilization (IVF), because of the number of surgeries you have had in the past. The pain that you are now experiencing can be due to the amount of scar tissue you have.

was diagnosed with endomet. when I was 15. (by way of an endoscopy). I suffered horribly with it until i got pregnant with my son when I was 18, had him when I was 19. The symptoms went away during pregnancy and breastfeeding, but came back really shortly after I stopped breastfeeding. So, to answer you, yes you can have children, though you are at hgiher risk for complications such as a retroverted uterus, miscarriage, premature labour, placenta previa. I'm not saying you will have trouble during pregnancy (I didn't with my first, my son- totally 100% great pregnancy!)... Now I am pregnant with my second baby, and my OB GYN has told me I have placenta previa and a tilted uterus, probably due to having such severe endometriosis. I also had 3 miscarriages between pregnancies, so sometimes when you do become pregnant with endo, your doctor will label you a high risk preg.
My doc says that it is more an issue of keeping a pregnancy once you are pregnant (not to miscarry), not about getting pregnant in the first place... so if you think you are pregnant, get the best care you possibly can to give yourself a good chance! Also, since you have already had a baby, you should be fine...
Good luck with everything!

First off, pregnancy is not a treatment for Endometriosis. Anyone stating otherwise is espousing serious misinformation and old wive's tales.

As for your question, the best way to deal with Endometriosis-related infertility to is to have the disease removed. It doesn't sound like your surgeries have truly excised or otherwise meticulously removed all Endo from all areas. Remaining disease will continue to thrive and cause pain, infertility and other symptoms. See an Endo specialist for additional help and info:

you would possibly want to be yet with having abnormal sessions that would want to fairly cut back to rubble you cycle. You ovulation shouldn't fall with contained in the conventional 14 days after the starting up of you era. maximum docs will purely start up to envision for infertility when you've been attempting for a minimum of a year. in the experience that your new significant different get a reversal with the vasectomy that is not particular to artwork. in case you do have endomitriosis you fallopian tube might want to be blocked and the egg might want to no longer be able to be reached to be fertilized. if that is the case they could do surgical procedure to open the tube. i might want to communicate consisting of your physician about each little thing before you fairly start up to fret.

See a fertility specialist...there are meds you can take (like Clomid) that will increase your chances of getting pregnant. You can get pregnant with endomitriosis but more difficult. I was able to get pregnant with help from specialist 2 years after laser surgery. It wasn't going to happen on its own.
