while your question is alittle vague, I will still provide infromation from personal experience.
At fort yukon, alaska highest temp was recorded as 104f. Lowest I saw in the winter 900 miles south of the artic circle was -52 without wind-chill. Fall, average was around 40f, and spring about the same.
