Well depending on they kind of job that you have. If it takes concentration then that should be enough. Or if you have a chance to read a book then do that, I find it help me alot. But if whatever is bothering you so bad that you can't concentrate then maybe you should talk about it and get it off of your chest. Otherwise you'll become stressed out and depressed.

Have you ever tried Meditation? It truly does work, you can buy any book on the subject. There are many different ways/types of meditation. The easiest I've found is breath counting. Find your most comfortable position and focus only on your breathing,by counting your breaths. If something else enters your mind, dismiss it immediately and go back to concentrating on your breathing only. There's a term (which I won't be allowed to use in here) for your mind to have multiple/racing thoughts. Remember to focus on your breathing.

The only way to get something off your mind is to talk about it. If I only need to vent some frustration, however, I go to the gun range and take it out on a poor, defenseless paper target.

Try going out with your friends for a night of fun. Talk on the phone. Maybe you need to talk about it to someone. That always helps me. I hope that it gets off your mind soon!!

find something that will keep you busy.....i found out that having alot of time on your hands gives you more time to think about it. just find something to do that will keep you busy and concentrating on what your doing.
