the difference with an iPod and Mp3 player is nothing fancy. the iPod really just has a name but, it can be more lightweight and some of the iPods have different features than Mp3's. Some Mp3s cant play video and you cant download as many songs on them because of the gigabites. the mp3 however is usually less expensive and lasts alot long than the iPod.

An iPod is a device to play music files that are encoded using the MP3 standard. Aside from that, they're actually mutually exclusive. The iPod is a pice of hardware and an MP3 is a piece of software. That's all.

there is little distinction. people tend to purchase mp3s extra probable by using fact the universal public of persons hate apple & ipods. besides, my son has an IRiver, daughter has a Zen imaginative and that i've got an Ipod. Mine is way less puzzling to apply, much less puzzling to locate songs for and has no porblems. They the two have had problems with formatting, downloading, etc. So i think of an Ipod is a lot much less hardship.

iPod has more features and it's more expensive, but also more popular. It is better than MP3 players in my opinion.
