I was wondering if Kostos was Lena's first boyfriend and did all of the girls have boyfriends before?

Kostos was Lena's first boyfriend.
I don't think all the girls had boyfriends before.
I think Tibby gets her first boyfriend in the third book, along with Carmen.
Bridget has had sex with a boy before, but I don't think you could call them "boyfriend" and "girlfriend". But Bridget is the stunner of the group so I wouldn't be surprised if she did have a boyfriend. Although, I don't recall in the books (I haven't read the 4th yet) a specific mention of a boyfriend.
