Is it possible for me to be in labor?

I'm 37 weeks pregnant and last week at my check up, i was 3cm dilated and half efaced, and was told that his head was right there. Since that day i have been having sercious pain in the vaginal area, my baby feels like he's going to fall out. I havn't had any of the normal signs like cramping or bleeding or anything, just some slight pressure with hard tummy (3 to 4 times in a whole day), and discharge that doesn't have any blood or pink or red coloring to it. i havn't heard of any one speak of this kind of pain so I was wondering what it might be?

I would just give your practitioner a call to be on the safe side :)
