The charges for those elements are usually zero.
However, if you mean the IONS of those elements, then it varies. Look at a periodic table. Any of the elements that fall in groups 1 - 4 will usually have a respective positive charge (Lithium falls in category 1, I believe - thus its ion will have a 1+ charge). If in category 5 - 7, it will have a negative charge. If in category 8, it will not form ions (they are already octets and like it that way!). Anything that falls in the lower, middle columns are transition metals. Their ions can vary. Iron can be either a 1+, 2+, 3+, 4+ (possibly even more).
