tell me the disadvantages on education and it's advantages?

Eg, where education has improved human life and give two refrence.

1)Well, education(moral education) helps in understanding ourselves and our neighbours(people around us). This helps reducing friction which wouldn't have been possible without having education.
2) Education helps us understand the reason behind every phenomenon that occurs in Nature. Its from these phenomenon that we try to tap energy, or we try simulating such phenomenon or modify them to suit our needs. Eg: Solar enery, launch of satellite, production of electricity etc.
DISDVANTAGES:
1) We spend most of our time and financial resources on learning something which may not suit individual's interest or needs.
2)Education may lead to status consciousness and educated may see uneducated in poor light.
