If your motherboard is compatible with the new processor you won't have to change anything else.

If you have to get a new motherboard, you'll also have to get new memory and possibly a new video card.

Depends. If you are switching brands (AMD to Intel or Intel to AMD), you'll need a new motherboard compatible with that processor. Also if you’re upgrading to a 64 based processor you'll need a new motherboard regardless due to the different number of pins used by 64-based processors. If a new motherboard is needed, you'll have to make sure it's combatable with the RAM you currently have. If your current system isn't too old this shouldn't be a problem.

Hi. Nothing HAS to be changed, but if you change the processor to a faster one then adding RAM can only help.
