I fail to see how 2 lbs will matter one way or the other. Eat healthy, exercise often (which you apparently do), and enjoy life. Two pounds in a month is cake. Cut a few calories out of your diet and add a few minutes to your workout. Presto, two pounds disappear.

1200 calories a day, exercise, 6-8 glasses of water a day ( but make sure the amount you are taking in is coming out or you will end up retaining water)...eat your biggest meal at lunch not dinner and dont eat anything heavy after 7pm(just light snacks like carrots, celery or fruit)...and eat 1/2 grapefruit before each meal...I have my husband on a diet now..In 4 weeks he has lost 22 lbs....Good Luck!

Why in the world do you need to lose weight? You're a great weight. If you are trying to conceive, just focus on eating right and staying healthy. Don't overdo it with excersize, thats a stress on your body. Stick to light excersize and healthy food. And get the ida of weight loss out of your head...there's no need!

up the excercise to 5 days a week....Also try to reduce your food about 200 calories per day. That could pull off those 2 lbs.

Why do you need to lose two pounds? Normal body functions can make your weight fluctuate as much as five pounds on a daily basis....
...is there some health reason why you would like to be at 132 pounds?

If you already exercise, then watch your portion sizes and try to exercise 10 more minutes every time you exercise. Give up all sodas. That helps a lot.

Just eat healthy. If you are planning on trying for a baby you need to make sure you are eating a balanced diet. you really shouldn't worry about 2 pounds, that's a tad obsessive. Good luck to you though!!!
