At speed, it will likely churn, creating a foaming action...that can cause pressure buildup, burnt bearings, and leaks out of the seals.

If it's driven hard/long ? Most probably will blow the output shaft seal,,:-(=

that is hard to do. but in any case it will blow out of the tail shaft 1st. that where the drive shaft fits into tranny.
