I have a friend and she said that she had kissed my freind and he already has a girlfriend, she is a little screwed up right now because alot has happened in her life and she says that she regrets the kiss. Should I tell the girlfriend?

No you should let her tell. Its not your place to tell and if you do, more than likely it will come back on you.

Depends on how it happened.....
did she just run up and kiss the guy? were they sneeky about it? was it him going after her,? or was in an innocent mistake? Were they sober when it happened? Has he called her?
I think since it didn't happen to you, you should not say anything. It's up to him to tell his girlfriend or not. Talk to him about it if you feel strongly that it's wrong not to say anything because if you do tell his girlfriend and that kiss was a mistake, you could ruin your friendship with your buddy. Bro's before _o's...... Besides haven't you ever messed up? She regrets doing it, so chances are that it wont happen again. Now if you don't really care about staying friends with the dude, or want HIS girlfriend for yourself....?? they yes go ahead. other than that, Ssshh....

I think it boils down to who you feel more loyal to.
If your other friend confided in you that she kissed that guy. Then you should at least let her know, you are going to tell the other friend what happened.
Maybe even set up some sort of three way conversation, the friends can talk it out with each other.
For the friends sake, she needs to know if her man is doing wrong. Its probably not the first time he has kissed another girl either.

If you are a true friend, YES. I know it will be kind of hard because you don't want to start any mess and confusing. BUTl the friend or the boy to tell the girlfriend. Yet you don't have anything to do with it so try not to be put in the middle of the mess. BECAUSE THE GIRLFRIEND NEEDS TO KNOW if there going to be trust in their relaionship.

No either that girl or the boyfriend should tell her. If you're friend feels that bad she should tell her. It's the right thing to do. Karma is a b**ch. If her boyfriend kissed another girl wouldn't she want to know? I seen my friends boyfriend with another girl a week ago I told her because if it was me I would want to know.

no, because its not your buisness to tell, however if they ask you, you are obliged to tell. cuz cheaters always get caught some form or another and everyone shoes some form of cheating in life someway or another unfortunatly
