It's kind of corny, the first thing that comes to my mind:

CABIN FEVER

Aside from the plot, which is a take-off on Agatha Christie's 10 Little Indians, what is the point. Is it about the erosion of trust in the group, each becoming suspicious of the other, or is it about banding to together to fight an outside enemy;

The title should reflect the point of the story in some way.

Lack of trust: maybe something like "One Among Us"

Outside enemy: maybe something like "In the Dark".

Hope that stimulates your thinking.

Take a line or phrase from within the story... Like "To Kill a Mocking Bird" it will sound totally obscure and hook people to read it. And they will have no idea why you named it that, until they read the acctual line, so find it burried way in there.... It has to have meaning and signifigance, as well, or you're just spouting where you should be thinking....
