Plastic or rubber boots are great to play on astro turf as u dont slide as u would with metal studs or normal flat trainers.

Definatley Not!! If you caught me on the leg with your blades on I would not be best pleased..... There are plenty of astro turf boots available.

I play with blade on turf and they are just fine. I think it really just depends on how shaggy the pitch's turf is.

Nasty surface to play on. Bad to watch it as well trainers/sneekers are the only thing you're allowed on astroturf i'm told.

we call them turf cleats in the us
a few dots of hot glue doesn't hurt either tends to be a bit more slippery than grass
but i warn you cover up
you fall and it will tear your skin up

Its OK to wear them if u want to break your neck!
However I would suggest that you wear moulded trainers.

It should be OK as long as they are not metal but you should check as they still might not let you on.
