I am not in Milwaukee, however, you can go to http://www.makemeheal.com or http://www.amazon.com and find some products that help. I got arnica montana on amazon's site to help with swelling and bruising and it helped me out a lot.

As for doctors, http://www.locateadoc.com or http://www.breasthealthonline.com are good sites to help you find a PS. The BHO board has a forum specifically for PS recommendations.

You could also talk to your family doctor about a referral, or look for one that is under you health insurance plan.
