Mine has to be water as in rivers , sea etc ... the thought of drowning terrifies me although i can swim bur probably not strong enough in extreme panicky situations ...

i hate and i'm darn scared of lizards- any kind. i hate the way they look. they are so gross. and they look like they have no bones in them. And lizards sometimes jump or fall on you from the wall. god! i hate and i'm darn scared of lizards!

Although my social phobia is very bad, I am taking steps to overcome it. Went in to town today :)
I don't seem able to do anything to get over my fear of spiders though!
My phobias are totally irrational - I've got a fear of small boats for example - I'm scared that I'll fall in. I'm a good swimmer though, and I don't mind getting wet - but the anxiety is still there. I've swam in lakes that I've boated on, and I'm still scared that I'll fall in!
Also got a pretty bad fear of heights (Panic attack at the imperial war museum in Salford!) but I'm fine in a plane.
Totally illogical eh!

My Phobia is flies,i cannot stand them,they contaminate everything they touch.I have a terrible time in the summer.Going to hot countries is a big deal to me,i just cannot help it.I carry fly killer in the car,and have door nets up in the summer to try and keep them out.All food in winter or summer has to be covered,even if i run to answer the door,and i am making a sandwich,i couldn't leave it uncovered,if i did i would have to throw it away,as the thought that a fly could have landed on it makes me feel sick.

the only thing i fear is the day i loose control of my anger. I am the type of person that bottles it up and usually snaps about once a year. examples: slammed a guys head into a locker, punched a wall and broke my hand, punched a door and left a hole and also ripped the skin off part of my hand, grabbed one of my ex-friends by the throat and picked him up off the ground. mine is a lonely life so the only thing i fear is myself and my temper. :(

For some odd reason I have sort of a fear of vomiting...
Also public speaking but I usually can get over it before I have to do it.

my biggest fear is not being able to do everything i want b4 i die and also for one of kids to pass away. But if u just wanted an animal i would say Rats and anything related to them.

mine is height's. next to it is fallins on rock's like walking down under a bridge to get to a good fishing spot. It scares the hebegeebees out of me.

Sponge i cant touch it it makes my skin crawl and my mouth feel funny even thinking now about it wierd i know apparently i used to chew on it when i was a child so its all my own fault!

Spiders!!! Dont go to The Seychelles there are more spiders than people.They are called palm spiders,and they are everywhere.A tropical paradise spoilt.
